All sales for piercing and implanted jewelry are final. We strive to ensure that your piercing placement is specific to your requests. In the event that there is a challenge with placement we reserve the right to repierce at no cost to the client at our discretion on a case by case basis. Jewelry that is purchased in store that is not used for initial implantation may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
